Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Waste Carrier Licensing ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application or making a payment you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

We provide a paid, independent service that collects your details, checks your application for errors and omissions, and submits your waste carrier, broker and dealer registration to the Environment Agency on your behalf. We also provide customer support before and after submission, and issue a written confirmation of your order by email.

We do not issue registrations. Registrations are granted solely by the Environment Agency, which retains full discretion over the outcome of any application.

The prices shown at checkout include both the statutory registration fee payable to the Environment Agency and our service fee. Current prices are:

Prices may change at any time. The price shown to you at the point of payment is the price that applies to your order.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up to date information.
• You must be authorised to apply on behalf of the business named in the application.
• You must disclose any relevant environmental offences or convictions where asked.
• You must tell us promptly if any of your details change before your application has been submitted.

We are not responsible for a rejected, delayed or incorrect registration that results from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

We aim to check and submit applications within one working day of payment clearing, and within four working hours where fast track processing has been purchased. Timescales for the Environment Agency to grant a registration are outside our control.

Payments are taken securely by card through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with your order is limited to the total amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, contracts or business opportunity.

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
